Commtrak and TRAMS have developed a Crystal Report for our customers using TRAMS for Windows.  This report uses the TRAMS Crystal Report (Runtime Version) which can be installed from the original TRAMS installation CD-ROM.  A step by step procedure for installing and running this report query can be downloaded here.  The report definition is always available for download on the TRAMS website (see link below). This protocol allows you to extract data from your TRAMS system based on a range of dates and exports this data to a file.  Then copy that file to disk and send it on to Commtrak for recovery.
